A series of Samurize configs tha can be merged into the main sidebar config. A few extras added in as well. 
PLEASE read the readme file. A few things may be confusing if you don't.

The main sidebar instance should be called "VistaSidebar"
The main config is called "sidebar.ini" inside the "vistaXPsidebar folder.
Edit:
The weather icon parameter should be pointing to:
"C:\Program Files\Samurize\Icons\Stardock"
I think I forgot to change that before uploading. Just so you all know.
